1 · Who we are
This website is operated by SerenSynth Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("SerenSynth", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact hello@serensynthlabs.com.
2 · What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the discovery call form we collect your name, company, work email address, phone number, the platforms you selected, your revenue range, the problem you selected and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted we record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submitting device. This is used only to prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third party.
3 · Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, assess whether there is a fit between your requirements and our services, and to correspond with you about that. We also use it to keep the form working and free of abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a contact form submission.
4 · Who can see it
Enquiries are delivered by email to SerenSynth staff and may be stored on our web hosting provider's servers and in our email systems. We do not share enquiry data with third parties except where we are required to by law.
5 · How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
6 · Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@serensynthlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7 · Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8 · Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last changed.
